This director binocular was mounted on the 2 cm Flak deck gun.
Because of the special design – airtight, watertight the viewer could travel into the depths up to 300 meters without problems,
it could withstand pressures of 30 atmospheres.
It didn't have to be removed in case of an emergency dive.
It has a 4 x magnification with a very large field of view of 15 ° ( 262 m/1000 m.)
The ocular and objective lens have both a diameter of 26 mm.
This is an early and rare example with the Imperial Eagle, these were made of bronze with a rough olive green coating on the outside.
Exceptionally beautiful intact item without paint loss.
The rubber of the eye ring is smooth, original and equipped with water drainage holes.
Has of course had full service, beautiful colorful image is the result.
